Fixed by Cybaster

- Fixed hittimes and chaining for basics
- Added width in state -3 to prevent cross-up in corner
- Changed width a little
- Fixed position for landing FX
- Added velset to landing state to avoid sliding when landing
- Has more yaccel
- Changed damage dampener to MVC styled dampener
- Added Negative Edge
- Changed velocities during aerial dashes, so Spawn doesn't stop in the air
- Added SFX to both ground and aerial backdash
- Cropped the SFF
- Changed basic hitvels to tighten up comboing a little
- Modified Basics animemetimes so Aerial attacks can't be spammed as much as before
- At close distance, throw doesn't have priority over specials and hypers anymore
- Fixed cheap damage values
- Added envshakes to his specials and hypers
- Removed control at the end of Hellchains (you can still chain the move into other specials on movecontact though)
- Necro Blast projhit FX only displayed once now
- Limited number of hits Drill Cape can do to 9 (i dont like the change
- Added different dive angles to Drill Cape (i dont like the change)
- Fixed CLSNs on Necro Uppercut so it can hit short characters
- Added invincibility to Necro Uppercut startup and changed hitdef behaviour slightly
- Added different heights and damage to Necro Uppercut
- Axe Spin can be canceled into Necro Uppercut
- Changed hitvels for Flip Kick
- Added different heights and damage to Flip Kick
- Removed givepower=0,0 from Hyper moves, as they must give power to the opponent
- Agony Smash deals more damage
- Reduced chip damage on Letha Gunfire
- Leetha Gunfire sounds start at the correct time
- Improved hitspark display on Leetha Gunfire
- Leetha Gunfire hits at point blank
- Improved Necroplasm Wave HitFX (possibly fixed some sort of "lag")
- Fixed Hellspawn Fury : first hit can be blocked. Second hit will combo correctly, making the move usable. Removed invincibility from attack state
